Almond Paste Nougat, that delicate paste covered in that invaluable chocolate, sublime aromatic cocoa, and depending on its type, leaves you with a slight cinnamon and tobacco aftertaste and the softer variety of vanilla. The result is an extraordinary nougat, fine, to be slowly savoured. The almonds and chocolate melt together, each without losing their true identity, thus keeping this medley of flavours.
